Yes! Van harte welkom bij podcast 214 van "Alles is Energie". Einstein zijn theorie en principes komen neer op het volgende: "Alles is energie en dat is alles wat er is. Match de frequentie van de realiteit die je wilt en je kunt het niet helpen maar krijg die realiteit. Dit is geen filosofie. Dit is natuurkunde."

 

"Alles om ons heen, van de kleinste deeltjes tot de grootste sterrenstelsels, bestaat uit energie. Ik ben Lisette Lucas, en vandaag duiken we dieper in het fascinerende concept van energie en hoe het ons leven beïnvloedt. Maar voordat we daar induiken, wil ik graag even een update met je delen. Afgelopen week heb ik samen met dé rouwtherapeute van Nederland, Leoniek van der Maarel, de tv-opnames gehad voor de wetenschappelijke documentaire waar ik eerder in podcast 210 over heb gesproken. Het was een geweldige ervaring waarin de Deep Therapy, waarvan Leoniek van der Maarel initiatiefneemster is, onder de loep werd genomen. In deze grensverleggende vorm van therapie wordt gewerkt met een medium. En ja, zoals verwacht werd het mediumschap vanuit wetenschappelijk oogpunt met een sceptische glimlach bekeken. En dat is helemaal oké uiteraard. Ik als medium weet inmiddels, nadat ik sinds 2013 als professioneel medium werkzaam ben, dat nog niet iedereen ervoor openstaat. En dat hoeft ook niet. Vaak liggen angsten voor het onbekende eraan ten grondslag. En ook de menselijke, rationele en analytische gedachte van: Wat niet wetenschappelijk bewezen is, bestaat niet. Maar heel belangrijk om bij stil te staan: Laten we niet vergeten dat ook de wetenschap nog steeds op een oneindige ontdekkingsreis is. En juist daarom zetten we ons als visionairs, pioniers en next-generation change-makers ook in. Juist om het verschil te maken. Om het nu nog onzichtbare, zichtbaar te maken.

 

We volgen niet de massa, we lopen vanuit onze empathische leiderschap kracht voorop om de wereld te helpen shiften naar een hoger niveau van bewustzijn. Want uiteindelijk is bewustzijn, consciousness, het enige wat er is. Vanuit dat bewustzijn zijn we één. Één en verbonden met alles wat er is.

 

En daarom wil ik het vandaag extra diepgaand gaan hebben over het concept: "Alles is Energie":

 

Want eerlijk is eerlijk. Hoe mooi het en bijna filosofisch het ook klinkt. Dit is geen zweverig concept, maar eerder een wetenschappelijk feit dat wordt ondersteund door de principes van de kwantumfysica en neurowetenschappen. Zonder al te diep in de details te gaan, vind ik dit toch belangrijk om dit toe te lichten. In de kwantumfysica hebben we geleerd dat materie, dus alles wat tastbaar is zeg maar, niets anders is dan gecondenseerde energie. Denk hierbij aan de subatomaire deeltjes die de bouwstenen van alles vormen.

 

Wat zijn subatomaire deeltjes? Subatomaire deeltjes zijn de kleinste deeltjes waaruit alle materie is opgebouwd. Ze bestaan uit deeltjes zoals elektronen, protonen en neutronen en vormen de bouwstenen van atomen. Deze deeltjes zijn zo klein dat ze niet met het blote oog kunnen worden gezien en spelen een belangrijke rol in de natuurkunde.

 

Wat op zich al interessant is gezien het werk wat ik doe vanuit energetische principes: De deeltjes energie zijn zo klein, niet zichtbaar voor het blote oog, maar het is er dus wel als we het echt onder de loep nemen.

 

Deze deeltjes gedragen zich soms als golven en soms als deeltjes, afhankelijk van hoe ze worden waargenomen.

 

Iets anders waar ik het over wil hebben is: Resonantie en het principe van "Like attracts Like":

 

Wat is resonantie? Dit zijn systemen die in overeenstemming zijn en hun trillingen synchroniseren. Denk aan het voorbeeld van: Als je de ene stemvork aanslaat, dan gaat de andere automatisch meetrillen omdat de eigenfrequenties van beide stemvorken gelijk zijn. Dit principe verklaart "like attracts like". En waar synchroniciteit vandaan komt. Situaties en omstandigheden die verschijnen in overeenstemming met je frequentie. Boven of onder de gouden lijn, je trekt dus aan wat je uitzendt.

 

Wanneer we onze energie verhogen en focussen op positieve gedachten en emoties, trekken we meer van dezelfde energie aan. Dit komt overeen met de principes van neurowetenschappen, waar onze gedachten en emoties specifieke frequenties hebben die resoneren met gelijksoortige energieën in onze omgeving.

 

En dat brengt je bij het verband tussen energie en manifestatie: Deze inzichten zijn cruciaal als we praten over het manifesteren van onze gewenste realiteit. Door onze energie te verhogen en ons af te stemmen op de frequenties van wat we willen aantrekken, kunnen we onze realiteit vormgeven op een manier die we misschien niet voor mogelijk hadden gehouden. Dit is geen magie, maar eerder het begrijpen en benutten van de fundamentele wetten van het universum.

 

Dus een medium kan je zien als expert in het werken met energie en frequenties. Energie die dus niet met het blote, fysieke oog waarneembaar is: Vanuit een energetisch perspectief kan het focussen en intentie sturen van energie door een medium, op de energie van

 

 levende mensen, dieren en voorwerpen, evenals op zielsenergie, worden begrepen als een vorm van bewuste intentie en verbinding met de subtiele energievelden om ons heen. Alles in het universum, inclusief levende wezens, dieren en voorwerpen, materie, zichtbaar of onzichtbaar voor het blote oog, zendt energie uit in verschillende vormen en frequenties.

 

Als een medium zich afstemt op deze energievelden, kan het zijn of haar bewustzijn en energie gebruiken om zich te verbinden met de energie van andere entiteiten. Dit kan worden vergeleken met het afstemmen van een radio op verschillende frequenties om verschillende zenders te ontvangen. Door de juiste intentie en focus kan een medium informatie ontvangen en 'communiceren' via verschillende kanalen met deze energievelden, wat leidt tot inzichten, het ontvangen van informatie, heling en spirituele verbindingen voorbij de grenzen van aardse perceptie.

I am Lisette Lucas, and today we're delving deeper into the fascinating concept of energy and how it influences our lives. But before we dive into that, I'd like to share an update with you. Last week, together with the grief therapist of the Netherlands, Leoniek van der Maarel, I had the TV recordings for the scientific documentary I mentioned in HEF podcast 83. In the shownotes at www.LisetteLucas.com/b87, I'll post the link. It was an amazing experience where Deep Therapy, initiated by Leoniek van der Maarel, was scrutinized. In this groundbreaking form of therapy, a medium is involved. And yes, as expected, mediumship was viewed with a skeptical smile from a scientific perspective. And that's perfectly okay, of course. As a medium, working professionally since 2013, I know not everyone is open to it yet. And that's okay too. Often, fears of the unknown are at the root. And also the human, rational, and analytical thought that if something isn't scientifically proven, it doesn't exist. But it's important to remember: Science itself is still on an infinite journey of discovery. And that's precisely why we, as visionaries, pioneers, and next-generation change-makers, are committed. Precisely to make a difference. To make the currently invisible visible.

 

We don't follow the crowd; we lead from our empathetic leadership power to help shift the world to a higher level of consciousness. Because ultimately, consciousness is all there is. From that consciousness, we are one. One and connected with everything that exists.

 

And that's why today I want to delve even deeper into the concept: "Everything is Energy":

 

Because let's be honest. As beautiful and almost philosophical as it sounds, this is not a fluffy concept but rather a scientific fact supported by the principles of quantum physics and neuroscience. Without going too deep into the details, I find it important to explain this. In quantum physics, we've learned that matter, everything tangible, is nothing but condensed energy. Think of subatomic particles that form the building blocks of everything.

 

What are subatomic particles? Subatomic particles are the smallest particles that make up all matter. They consist of particles such as electrons, protons, and neutrons and form the building blocks of atoms. These particles are so small that they cannot be seen with the naked eye and play an important role in physics.

 

Which is interesting in itself given the work I do based on energetic principles: The particles of energy are so small, not visible to the naked eye, but they are there when we truly examine it.

 

These particles sometimes behave like waves and sometimes like particles, depending on how they are observed.

 

Another thing I want to discuss is: Resonance and the principle of "Like attracts Like":

 

What is resonance? These are systems that are in accordance and synchronize their vibrations. Think of the example: If you strike one tuning fork, the other automatically starts to vibrate because the natural frequencies of both tuning forks are the same. This principle explains "like attracts like." And where synchronicity comes from. Situations and circumstances that appear in accordance with your frequency. Above or below the golden line, you attract what you emit.

 

When we raise our energy and focus on positive thoughts and emotions, we attract more of the same energy. This aligns with the principles of neuroscience, where our thoughts and emotions have specific frequencies that resonate with similar energies in our environment.

 

And that brings you to the connection between energy and manifestation: These insights are crucial when we talk about manifesting our desired reality. By raising our energy and tuning into the frequencies of what we want to attract, we can shape our reality in ways we may not have thought possible. This is not magic, but rather understanding and harnessing the fundamental laws of the universe.

 

So a medium can be seen as an expert in working with energy and frequencies. Energy that is not observable with the naked, physical eye: From an energetic perspective, focusing and intention-setting of energy by a medium, on the energy of living people, animals, and objects, as well as soul energy, can be understood as a form of conscious intention and connection with the subtle energy fields around us. Everything in the universe, including living beings, animals, and objects, matter, visible or invisible to the naked eye, emits energy in different forms and frequencies.

 

When a medium tunes into these energy fields, they can use their consciousness and energy to connect with the energy of other entities. This can be compared to tuning a radio to different frequencies to receive different stations. With the right intention and focus, a medium can receive information and 'communicate' through different channels with these energy fields, leading to insights, receiving information, healing, and spiritual connections beyond the boundaries of earthly perception.

 

And let's not forget that my Above The Golden Line Method® is based on these principles. Simply because I observed golden energy at a high resonance through my energetic and clairvoyant and empathic perceptions. This method helps people raise their frequencies and connect with the power of their own energy to manifest their desired reality.
