Cancelation

It is possible that you may need to cancel the appointment unexpectedly. You must cancel your appointment by phone or email with confirmation of receipt at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel in less than 24 hours or forget to cancel your appointment, we will be forced to charge for the consultation. Someone else could have been helped in your place.

Payment for consultation/reading/healing/therapy sessions is to be made in cash at the appointment, via card in the practice, a payment request, or in advance via bank transfer to:

Recordings

Recording the conversation is allowed and may only be used for your private use. It may never be used publicly unless written permission is given by Lisette Lucas.

Medical Matters

A medium/healer/spiritual coach/alternative therapist is not a doctor and is therefore not allowed to make statements about medical matters. All advice and treatments can contribute to your mental and physical well-being; healing is not promised in any way. For conditions or treatments of diseases, we request you to consult a recognized therapist or doctor. None of these products, services, or treatments, in any way, replace a visit to a doctor or psychologist.

We also do not make statements about the course of a pregnancy. Everyone wants to hear that things are going well. An observation about a pregnancy and its course could cause stress, which could lead to problems.

Children

It is better not to bring children under 14 years to the practice. If you have questions about a child, please bring a photo to the consultation. It is possible to request a special child consultation/reading. A consultation specifically tailored to your child will be provided.

Privacy (third parties)

Your information and personal data will, of course, be handled carefully and discreetly. We respect your privacy but also the privacy of third parties. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring a photo of a living person without having asked that person for permission. The person in question must be aware of the intention with which you brought the photo.

Animals

It is not allowed to bring animals to the practice. If you have a question about an animal, it is possible to bring a photo to the consultation.

Donation / Special Rate

EnergyJoy works on a donation basis and/or special rate under special circumstances. If you strongly need a healing/reading/consultation but do not currently have the financial means, please let us know. This should not prevent you from making an appointment. Honesty, openness, and purity are the principles of this method, and we trust this as well. In consultation, an appropriate solution will be sought.

On presentation of your Ooievaarspas, we calculate a special rate.

Courses / Training / Academy

Payment Obligation: If you participate in a course/training organized by EnergyJoy, you must pay the entire course fee before the start of the course via online payment. You place the course/training/academy of your choice in your shopping cart and check out online. You will then immediately receive a digital confirmation and invoice of your order. This also serves as proof of registration. By registering, you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment is possible via: Ideal, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer. In consultation, a payment arrangement and cash payment are possible. Even with installment payments, the entire course/training amount must be paid.

Respect: You respect your fellow participants, teacher, and the rented space in which the course is given. This also applies to the online member environment and online Zoom training.

Premature Termination: If you are unable to complete the course, unfortunately, no refund of the course fee can take place. If it turns out for energetic/personal reasons that the course is not suitable, we can come to a solution in good consultation.

Mental Health

You are in good mental health, have no psychological problems, or a background with psychological problems (such as psychoses, schizophrenia, etc.). You report, if applicable, prior medication use related to mood disorders, antidepressants, epilepsy, and other (anxiety) disorders. In case of doubt, please contact Lisette Lucas.

Liability

EnergyJoy and its teacher(s) cannot be held liable in any way.

Results: Course results vary per person, personal effort, and talent. No guarantees can be given about the results and progress after completing the course.

Inability to Attend

1. If the entire course cannot take place due to circumstances, you will be notified, and your payment will be refunded.

2. If a course day cannot take place due to circumstances, a makeup day will be scheduled in consultation with the group.

3. If a participant is unable to attend, they must notify the teacher before the start of the lesson. (No refund can take place.) The participant will receive any lesson material/explanation in the next lesson.

4. To accommodate the participant, it is possible to make up the missed lesson day in the next group.

5. The participant keeps an eye on the online agenda and contacts info@lisettelucas.nl to let them know in which month they want to make up the lesson day. This is not kept track of by EnergyJoy. This is your personal responsibility. Depending on the situation and circumstances, it will be assessed whether making up in the desired month is possible or not.

6. If the participant has missed multiple lessons, it is not possible to only make up the final exam day. All missed lesson days must be attended to be eligible for the certificate associated with the training or course.

7. If the participant has not fully paid the (partial) payments, making up is only possible after receiving the full payment.

8. The possibility to make up a live/online lesson day is purely an accommodation for the participant. No rights can be derived from this.

9. If the participant has met all payment obligations, they will receive or retain access to the online membership area. (The duration varies per online program)

A membership/subscription is automatically renewed monthly. Payment must be made before the training/course/program. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Please allow a processing time of 3 working days. If you cannot participate temporarily due to circumstances, you can send an email to info@lisettelucas.nl so we can temporarily 'freeze' your subscription.

Contests:

If you have won a prize through an EnergyJoy, TAT-Therapy, or Lisette Lucas action, you can redeem your prize online. The winner will be notified by email.
